Nickerson Company is pleased announce the acquisition of our new National Model 1800, 40 ton capacity crane, mounted on a Peterbilt 367 truck. This crane is in addition to our existing 3 ton, 18 ton and 23 ton truck mounted cranes, and our existing 50 ton well service rig.
With a 103’, (4) section boom, 360 degree working area and 10,000 lb. secondary hoist line, this crane significantly increases both our hoisting capacity and reach. The Peterbilt truck under the crane is equipped with a 485 HP Cummins engine that allows the crane to efficiently and safely travel to distant job sites at highway speeds. The additional capacity and abilities gained with this crane will benefit our customers with more competitive pricing and faster response times on field service jobs requiring a crane.
